How much does QuickCount cost?

$39 a venue a month when billed annually, which is $468 a year, or $49 month to month. Prices are in Australian dollars before GST and are paid up front. You can count a shelf on this page before you sign up.

Do I need to install an app?

Accepted Answer

No. QuickCount runs in the browser on your phone, tablet or laptop. Open quickcountapp.com and sign in.

What happens if I lose internet?

Keep counting. Counts stay on the phone and send themselves when signal returns. You need signal to open QuickCount, so open it before you head down to the cellar.

Question 4

Can more than one person count at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Invite staff by email and they count the same stocktake on their own phones. Each count saves as it is made and shows up for everyone.

Can I add bottles that aren't in the catalogue?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Type the name, set the size, and it is on your shelf. You can add your own photo too.

Can QuickCount count kegs, cases and cans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Kegs are read on a gauge. Cases, cans and unopened bottles are counted by number.

Question 7

What does the Excel export contain?

Accepted Answer

Every counted line: area, shelf, product, size, full bottles, open bottle level, total, unit cost and value, with a total for each area. The same file has a sheet by product and a plain data sheet for other systems. CSV exports are there too.

Does QuickCount replace my POS or inventory system?

No. QuickCount is built for the physical count and the export. It works alongside the systems your venue already uses.
